Affiliation Is Open! Please visit the NACURH Affiliation page to begin the process of affiliating. Each institution only needs to fill out the affiliation forms once. Once the institutional affiliation form is filled out your NRHH representative will receive an email with the affiliation form for NRHH or they can find the NRHH Affiliation form on the NACURH Affiliation page. You can also find the 2020-2021 Census Questions, Constitution Checklist, Constitution Statements, and Membership List resources below.
